The Mobile Phone News name has been an established in the Gsm industry for over 7 years and was set up to provide mobile phone owners and shops throughout the UK with an alternative choice for mobile phone repairing! Since the start back in 1999 Mobile Phone News has expanded from a small software supplier, to now providing a comprehensive repair workshop with some of the most advanced equipment & trained staff to ensure all work undertaken is to the highest standards!

The name may have changed but Mobile Phone News name is still known world-wide: from USA to UAE, From France to Fiji, the name is still part of the culture!

Mobile Phone News has now been changed to R3 Gsm, to reflect the ever-increasing steps we are taking to provide a service to all who should need us!

We can provide all kinds of servicing & repairs from unlocking your handset to component replacement at board level. We can also provide "out of warranty repairs" where damage has occurred which has been deemed as not covered under manufacturers warranty terms. This can include liquid damage, Lcd replacement and power buttons which are common after dropping your handset. We also provide a software update service so your phone can be updated to use the latest product firmware (handset manufacturers constantly look at software in phones and release updates to fix any software bugs or errors that are found in the phones firmware).
